Our funds offer our clients access to investing their capital with investment strategies that revolve around value creation and in particular emphasis on creating value through people. Often the people factor is not fully realised in the private equity arena or largely misunderstood, with most firm’s focusing on financials. Our strategy is to be selective and seek out a diverse range of proprietary transactions in companies of various sizes, including build-ups, growth capital, rescue financings and buyouts.

Equally, our clients may have assets of their own that could be of interest to us through proceeds from spin-off’s, divestures or combining our advisory deal flow with our private equity division for access to privileged opportunities. As such, we take our client through how to best capitalise on their asset/s value, whether to sell wholly or part sell. Either way, we develop a conceptual investment program that would be used in either case to protect the best interests of the clients’ business.
